This is a seizure and condemnation action brought under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act), 21 U.S.C. §§ 301-392 (1970), to condemn a quantity of drugs known as "Myconox Medicated" (Myconox) and "Medi-Matic Free Choice Poultry Formula" (Medi-Matic).
