This is an action by plaintiff, Edna M. Lentz, wife and administratrix of the estate of Karl O. Lentz, seeking recovery on a credit life insurance policy. The district court of Fallon County, sitting without a jury, entered findings of fact, conclusions of law and judgment in favor of plaintiff.
