This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the District Court of Eddy County, wherein Alice Mayes Ballard, Amelia Mayes Miller, John A. Mayes and Thurman Mayes (plaintiffs) sought cancellation of an oil and gas lease from plaintiffs as lessors to defendant J.W. Miller (defendant) as lessee. The other defendant Black River Corporation (the Corporation) was joined as being the beneficial owner of the oil and gas lease in question...
