O'BRIEN, Judge.

Defendant was indicted for first degree murder. The jury found her guilty of second degree murder in the homicide of her husband, and sentenced her to not more than fifteen years in the Penitentiary. Judgment was entered for a term of not less than ten years nor more than fifteen years, and defendant appeals.
