THORNTON, Judge.

Defendant was convicted of violating ORS 166.270,1 which prohibits a convicted felon from possessing a concealable firearm. He appeals contending that the trial court erred: (1) In denying defendant's motion to suppress the gun, and (2) in denying defendant's motion for a judgment of acquittal.
