Petitioner recovered judgment against respondent in the district court of El Paso County for personal injuries suffered as a result of a slip-and-fall accident. The Court of Appeals reversed in Polster v. Griff's of America, Inc., Colo.App., 514 P.2d 80. Certiorari was granted to review the decision of the Court of Appeals. We reverse.
