This is a bill in equity brought in the Superior Court to restrain the erection and maintenance of two billboards on certain premises in Pittsfield. The defendant Maurice Callahan & Sons, Inc. (Callahan) demurred to and answered the bill while the defendant Outdoor Advertising Board (the board) filed only an answer.
