This cause is before the Court for judicial review of the Federal Energy Office's1 decisions and orders in the appeal of OKC Corp., No. 05-005310 pursuant to Section 211 of the Economic Stabilization Act of 1970, as amended, 12 U.S.C. § 1904 (note).
