Plaintiffs, husband and wife, filed this suit seeking specific performance of an alleged oral contract whereby the defendants, Dorothy Fields and her husband, Dellard, agreed to sell real property to the plaintiffs. The trial court entered a decree granting specific performance. Defendant Dorothy Fields appeals.
