The automobile accident out of which this suit arose occurred the afternoon of November 11, 1972, on Market Street near its intersection with Vine Street in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dixie Henderson was driving a 1971 Ford automobile owned by her father, W. Carter Henderson, and insured against collision by Aetna Casualty and Surety Company. Robert J.
