Edrington from a chancery court decree denying his habeas corpus petition for the custodial possession of two minor children from his former wife and mother of the children, Barbara Edrington Fitzgerald. In 1962 Edrington obtained a divorce from the appellee in Jefferson County, Kentucky while he was stationed in that state as a member of the Armed Forces.
