While in the employ of defendant Baker Auto Parts in 1966, plaintiff suffered an injury to his left elbow which necessitated an operation to transplant his ulnar nerve. Plaintiff petitioned on August 28, 1967, for a hearing on his claim for compensation. By decision dated May 17, 1968, the referee found in plaintiff's favor.
