SUMMERS, Justice.

Defendant, Doc Clinton McKinney, was charged by bill of information with the offense of attempted first degree murder of a Winnfield City police officer on October 19, 1973. After a trial by jury, he was found guilty as charged and sentenced to serve twelve years at hard labor. On this appeal, defendant relies upon six bills of exceptions for reversal of his conviction and sentence.
