This is a highway condemnation case. The property involved is located on the north side of Rodney Parham Road about 1,500 ft. west of Breckenridge Drive and contains 40.6 ft. of frontage on Rodney Parham Road. The area is wooded, unimproved and consists of 13.5 acres.
