This cause of action was brought by Walter Pfanenstiel (hereinafter "Pfanenstiel") pursuant to the Securities Acts of 1933 and 1934. Specifically, Pfanenstiel alleges that Ling & Company, Inc., (hereinafter "Ling") violated Regulation T of the Federal Reserve System, 12 C.F.R. 220.4(c)(7), which requires that a broker liquidate a customer's account in the event that a disputed account is not settled...
