ALLEN, J.

Plaintiff, administratrix of the estate of Richard Lee McClellan, brought action for wrongful death resulting from a rear-end automobile collision. The jury returned a verdict of no cause of action. Plaintiff's motion for a new trial was denied and plaintiff appeals from the judgment and the order denying new trial.

The accident occurred about 7:10 p.m., January 15, 1972 on Lincoln Lake Avenue, a two-lane blacktop county road running north and south...
