Plaintiff, Alumaglass Corporation (Appellant), appeals from judgment partially denying Appellant's claims for labor and materials furnished on a subcontract with A. D. Kendrick (Kendrick), deceased, prime contractor on a building contract, which judgment also allowed Kendrick's reconventional demand for demurrage allegedly due to Appellant's delay of completion of the work.
