This was a quiet title action to determine the ownership of three parcels of land, the record title of which was in the name of Jeremiah Collins, the grandfather of the parties Hege and Margaret Chivers. The Heges as plaintiffs alleged that they owned an undivided one-fourth interest each and that defendant Chivers owned a one-half interest.
