Defendants Charles B. Manuel and his insurer Travelers Insurance Company appeal the trial court judgment awarding damages for personal injuries suffered by guest passenger plaintiff Patricia Manuel. The trial court found plaintiff Donald Manuel (Patricia's husband) to be a co-tortfeasor and awarded judgment in favor of third party plaintiffs Charles and Travelers against Donald for one-half the amount of the judgment.
