Appellant Berwanger was sentenced to imprisonment for not less than two nor more than twenty-one years following his plea of guilty to a reduced charge of rape of a person over the age of 12.

His appeal presents no question relative to the guilty plea or as to guilt itself. He complains only that the Court erroneously denied his Petition to be Declared a Sexual Deviant, which was filed the day following entry of the guilty plea but...
