Mr. and Mrs. Anthony G. Loicano, Jr., filed suit for damages as a result of a collision between an auto being driven by Mrs. Loicano and a vehicle being operated by an employee of A.M.F. Tuboscope. The defendant, Maryland Casualty Insurance Co., is the liability insurer of A.M.F. Tuboscope and the plaintiffs sued the defendant directly.
