HANLEY, J.

Two issues are presented on this appeal:

1. Does Hartwell have a valid nonconforming use of his property for motorcycle racing under the 1962 amended zoning ordinance?

2. Does the increase in the number of races, participants or spectators constitute a change in the use of the premises or merely constitute an intensification of the original nonconforming use?

Nonconforming use.
