Plaintiffs, claiming to be the owners of an oil painting known as "Children of Mountains" painted by Thomas Moran, sue the Defendants for possession of said painting, asserting that the painting is in the actual possession of the Defendant The National Cowboy Hall of Fame And Western Heritage Center (Cowboy Hall) and that Defendant Buttram may claim some possessory interest...
