ORDER

The defendant's motion to remand is granted, and the papers in this care are remanded, to the Superior Court for the sole purpose of hearing and determinig defendant's motion for a new trial, which is based upon his allegation of newly discovered evidence. If the motion for new trial is denied, the papers are to be returned forthwith to this court.
