This appeal is by the defendant Chilton Corporation, from an order overruling its plea of privilege whereby it sought to have the case transferred to Dallas County where its principal office was located.

The plaintiff, Bobby G. Moore, had filed this case in Tarrant County. He sought to recover damages against defendant, Chilton Corporation, allegedly caused by that defendant negligently gathering and disseminating a false...
