Larry Williams attempted to withdraw his waiver of jury trial which had been a part of his plea bargaining arrangement with the State.1 For a plea of guilty, the State had agreed to file a second affidavit charging Williams with violation of the 1935 Firearms Act and to recommend at arraignment that Williams receive a determinate sentence of five years.
