The plaintiff, Charles E. Iverson, appeals from a judgment rendered on a jury verdict which found him contributorily negligent barring his recovery for injuries sustained when the motorcycle he was operating was struck by an El Camino truck driven by the defendant, Roland Landry. Plaintiff's major contention on appeal is that the jury erred in finding contributory negligence, and in the alternative, the judge erred in refusing to give five requested...
