TOLEDO, Chief Judge.

Petitioner was convicted of two charges of murder in the Superior Court of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Part, and sentenced to prison terms of fifteen and thirty years at hard labor on each charge, to be served concurrently. Petitioner was again convicted and sentenced in the same Court on May 4, 1970, for the crime of murder in the second degree.
