This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, dated March 17, 1972, affirming a decision of the Civil Service Commission of the City of Phladelphia (Commission) and dismissing an appeal therefrom. The appellants are all firemen employed by the City of Philadelphia.
