This action in tort arises out of an automobile collision on July 2, 1971, in the 100 block of Spring Street in the City of Shreveport. Involved were an automobile owned by Jordan Ray Wallace, operated at the time by his wife, Mrs. Clydell D. Wallace, and an automobile owned by H. B.
