Ricky E. THORNE, Defendant-Appellant, v. STATE of Indiana, Plaintiff-Appellee.

Court of Appeals of Indiana, First District.

October 29, 1974.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Thomas Lockyear, Evansville, for defendant-appellant.

Theodore L. Sendak, Atty. Gen., Robert F. Colker, Asst. Atty. Gen., Indianapolis, for plaintiff-appellee.

ROBERTSON, Presiding Judge.

We reverse and remand the trial court's denial of defendant-appellant's petition for post-conviction relief because of a failure in the record to affirmatively demonstrate any discussion of the defendant-appellant's right to confront his accusers.
