ORDER

General Laws 1956, § 27-7-2, as amended by P.L.1973, ch. 205, sec. 1, operates prospectively only. Norton v. Paolino, R.I., 327 A.2d 275 (1974). For this reason it was error for the Superior Court in this case (Superior Court C.A. No. 74-515, County of Providence) to permit an insurer to be added as a party defendant in an action which arose prior to the effective date of ch. 205.
