Appellees, Thomas Wayne Morriss, et al, instituted this suit against Hershell Pruitt, et al, alleging fraud and unjust enrichment seeking to recover the sum of $2,325.00 which appellants agreed to hold in escrow pending the signing of a certain lease agreement.
