This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Hot Spring County in favor of appellees Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Montgomery in the amount of $7,000, plus interest, penalty and attorney's fees as provided by Ark.Stat.Ann. 66-3238 (Repl. 1966), based on a fire insurance policy issued by appellant covering a tenant dwelling owned by the Montgomerys.
