Plaintiff, Austin J. Patin, is the owner of a camp in the community of Holly Beach, Cameron Parish, Louisiana. Mr. Patin's camp is located on a lot measuring 50' wide and 135 deep. His camp faces the Gulf of Mexico on the south and is bordered on the north by the property of defendant, Dennis S. Richard. To the north of Mr. Richard's property is the property of Harold Savoie.
