STATON, Judge.
Mitchell D. Howard, Jr., was charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of his two-year-old stepson. He was tried by jury and found guilty of cruelty and neglect of a child. On appeal, Howard raises sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction.
