BUSSEY, Judge:

Raymond Eugene Miller, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted by jury of the crime of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Case No. CRF-73-311 in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Defendant was sentenced to two (2) years imprisonment in the state penitentiary. From said judgment and sentence, a timely appeal has been made to...
