CLARK, Circuit Judge:

Edward Cook appeals from his jury conviction on five counts of willfully evading income taxes from 1966 through 1970 in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201. Through the diligent efforts of new counsel in this court, he advances six grounds for reversal, the last four of which, since not properly presented below, must constitute plain error to be reviewable here.
