WALKER, Justice:

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Monroe County, Mississippi, affirming an order of the Workmen's Compensation Commission.

Appellant Walls, who had been adjudicated totally and permanently disabled in 1965, was again adjudicated to be totally and permanently disabled following an injury received while employed by Hodo Chevrolet on February 18, 1970. The commission found that ninety percent of Walls' wage earning loss...
