Mrs. Eva M. Pope filed this medical malpractice suit against Dr. E. B. Robinson, Jr., his medical partnership, Robinson and Rayburn, and their public liability insurer, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company. Following a jury trial a $75,000 verdict was rendered in Mrs. Pope's favor against Dr. Robinson, Robinson and Rayburn, and their insurer. A judgment was signed accordingly.
