This habeas corpus petition requires the Court to determine whether the Delaware Supreme Court improperly applied a presumption that the owner-operator of an automobile is in possession of contraband found in his automobile when it reviewed the sufficiency of the petitioner's conviction for possession of heroin with intent to sell.
