This is an action brought under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act (hereinafter the Act), Title 42, United States Code, Section 405(g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (hereinafter the Secretary), terminating plaintiff's disability benefits as of August 1971.
