GALLAGHER, Associate Judge:

Appellant pleaded guilty to the offense of attempted petit larceny.1 He was sentenced to imprisonment for three hundred and sixty-five days. As to one hundred and eighty days of this appellant was granted the privilege of work release2 and the remainder was suspended. The work release was to be followed by one year's probation.3
