CASE SUMMARY

Review is sought by Defendant-Appellant TRW, INC., ROSS GEAR DIVISION (TRW), from an affirmative Award entered by the Full Industrial Board of Indiana (the Board) in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee EUGENE D. WEST (West) for temporary total disability resulting from injuries received by West in operating a rider-truck, claiming insufficient evidence to support the Board's findings of fact.

We affirm.
