This is an action to enjoin alleged violation of Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C.A. § 1125(a)),1 to enjoin various forms of unfair competition, and to obtain an accounting of gains and profits derived from defendant's illegal activities, as well as judgment for compensatory damages.
