The appellants, who were respondents in the trial court, appeal from an adverse decree which held that the rezoning of certain real property by the zoning authorities of Jefferson County, Alabama, was arbitrary and capricious. The trial court set aside and declared the action of the zoning authority in rezoning the property void and of no effect. The case was submitted here after oral argument (a) on a motion to dismiss the appeal and (b) on the merits...
