This is an action for damages brought by John J. Anders for injuries sustained in an automobile accident occurring in the early morning hours of April 15, 1972. Made defendants are Eagle Motor Lines, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Eagle), and its insurer, Continental Insurance Company.
