This case is here for our redetermination of the Renegotiation Board's determination that the plaintiff received $300,000 in excessive profits for the fiscal year ending April 30, 1964. AMCO Electric Corp. (AMCO) filed the petition initiating this action in the Tax Court on September 22, 1969. The case was transferred to this court pursuant to Pub.L. 92-41 § 3, 85 Stat. 97, 98 (1971), amending the Renegotiation Act of 1951, 50 U.S.C. App. §...
