This case is before the Court on a Petition to Enforce an Internal Revenue Summons filed January 2, 1974 and a Motion for Leave to Intervene filed by the taxpayers.

The Summons previously served on the Union National Bank (Bank) on October 25, 1973, required it to produce certain records of Robert P. and Patricia Bengel.1 This proceeding is pursuant
