Taylor, as the owner of acreage which abutted the west boundary of Land Lot 295 in Tift County, filed an equitable complaint against Rutland who owned land, the western boundary of which was the dividing line between Land Lots 295 and 294, Land Lot 295 lying westerly of Land Lot 294. Taylor sought damages in addition to an injunction. The jury hearing the case found for Taylor, and Rutland filed the present appeal after his motion for judgment...
